Where do you ship from?
We ship from Switzerland.

Can I change or cancel my order?
As we aim to process orders as quickly as possible, you must submit change/cancellation requests within 12 hours of placing your order. After this period, all requests will be declined. Your order can be returned for a full refund after receipt.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX), as well as PayPal and Apple Pay.

When will my order be processed?
All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse. During holidays and sales, there may be delays. We process orders Monday through Friday. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days from the order date and shipped the next day after processing. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Due to high demand, delivery may take 2-3 weeks.

What if I do not receive my order?
If you have not received your order 30 days after shipping, you are entitled to a full refund.

Will I be charged customs fees and taxes?
The prices displayed on our website are in Swiss Francs and are tax-free. This means you may have to pay customs and taxes upon receiving your order. Import taxes, duties, and related customs fees may be incurred once your order reaches the destination country. These fees are determined by your local customs office and are your responsibility. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs in your country. For more information on fees, please contact your local customs office.

What should I do if the items received are defective/wrong/damaged?
Please contact us if you receive defective, incorrect, or missing items. Include your order number, photos of the items, and any relevant information. We will do our best to resolve your issue as quickly as possible.

When will I receive my refund?
All refunds will be credited to the original payment method. If you paid with a credit or debit card, the refund will be transferred to the issuing bank within 7-10 business days after receiving the return or cancellation request. Please contact the issuing bank if you have questions about when the credit will appear on your account. If the refund has not yet been credited to your account, please contact your bank or credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to appear on your account.
